FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. How many bundles are needed for an install?​​​

The lengths you purchase will depend on how many bundles are needed to complete your install. Any installs using lengths 12" and 14'' can be completed with using at least two bundles. Any installs using lengths 14'' and longer will need 3-4 bundles to to give you "fullness." If choosing textures straight or body wave, we do recommend using staggered lengths (i.e 12'', 14'', 16''). Staggering your lengths gives your install a more layered look and helps to avoid any additional cutting by the stylist. Frontal and closure lengths can be ordered based off your preference. 

 

2. Can the hair be colored?

Bella Rose Bundles are 100% virgin, so they can be colored; however we strongly recommend it is done by a licensed professional. Please keep in mind once the hair is colored, it has to be treated properly. It must be moisturized and conditioned to maintain the original texture of the hair.

3. How long can the hair last?

Bella Rose Bundles can last for a very long time if they are properly taken care of (please see our hair care tips). Most of our clients have used their hair for 2 years! The better you take care of it, the longer you will be able to reuse it!

 

4. Do you offer refunds, exchanges, or returns?

WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS, EXCHANGES or RETURNS!

5. Can I make changes to my order?

We want to be sure we provide you with the best experience possible, however due to our products being at a high demand, once an order is placed, IT IS FINAL! We will try our best to accommodate certain requests such as the delivery method or address change.

6. How long does it take for me to receive my order after it is placed if I paid for shipping?

Items will be shipped via U.S Postal Service and will take approximately 5-7 business days for delivery after processing. Processing an order can take at most 2-3 business days, though during times of high-volume sales, it could be longer. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive once it is in the hands of the U.S Postal Service.  We encourage you to order in as timely fashion as possible to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

7. Do I have the option of picking up my order in person?

We love to accommodate our local customers and to help them avoid unnecessary shipping costs! Pickup option is available but please allow at least 2-3 business days for processing! At checkout please select shipping option "Local Pickup." After you place your order please allow at least 3 business days and contact me via DIRECT MESSAGE THROUGH OUR FACEBOOK PAGE with your name and order number to arrange a day and time for pickup.

8. What do I do if I receive my order and it is not correct or is missing pieces?

Please contact us via DIRECT MESSAGE THROUGH OUR FACEBOOK PAGE with your name and order number regarding the issue with the order.

9. If you pay using Klarna

Please be aware if you pay using the above mentioned 4 pay option, there will be a TWO or THREE day delay on shipping to ensure funds are secured.
